Elizabeth has experience in all areas of family law as well as civil matters.

Elizabeth appears at all levels from the Family Proceedings Court to the High Court in matters involving children including: Private Law, Public Law (acting for parents, guardians, local authorities and intervenors) and Wardship cases.  She also has experience in all stages of ancillary relief and related enforcement proceedings, claims between cohabitees and advises and represents clients at round table meetings prior to proceedings being issued.

Elizabeth regularly acts for claimants and defendants in small claims, fast track and multi track cases.
