Fiona regularly represents clients in both public law children cases and private law children cases. Her practice also includes ancillary relief. Fiona has a particular interest in family law jurisdiction cases.

Fiona also has extensive experience in the field of Immigration and Asylum Law. Her practice includes representation before the First Tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chambers and the Upper Tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chambers as well as High Court and Court of Appeal work. She was appointed as a fee paid Immigration Judge in 2006 and currently sits weekly at Taylor House, London.
