Practice Profile:Lydia accepted an invitation to join Chambers in August 2010 having been a tenant at another Chambers in Kent. She has a busy practice in all Chambers and deals with all areas of family and general civil law. Lydia’s family practice encompasses all aspects of child law, including public and private law proceedings. She also accepts instructions for ancillary relief and associated areas, for example cohabitation cases. Due to Lydia’s experience in criminal Law she has a keen interest in cases involving domestic violence that often require fact finding hearings as well as representing vulnerable individuals. Lydia regularly acts for Claimants and Defendants in civil proceedings, particularly specialising in personal injury.
