Mark has developed a practice primarily in family law covering all areas, with a particular interest in children cases, both public and private.  He also accepts instructions for ancillary relief and associated areas, for example cohabitation cases.

Mark appears in civil proceedings for both Defendants and Claimants in small claims, fast track and multi track matters including contract and building disputes, road traffic accidents and personal injury.

Mark is a consultant to the Kent Law Clinic.

Outside Chambers life Mark enjoys following Tottenham Hotspur visiting both White Hart Lane and other exotic locations.  Mark plays cricket for a touring team, the MC3, having in the past played against ICC affiliate members Malta and Hungary.  He also enjoys skiing, fine dining and early 20th Century German Expressionist cinema.
