Rachel has experience in all areas of family law, with an emphasis in public and private law children cases.  As a result of her background in criminal work, she has highly developed advocacy skills and has particular interest in cases where there has been alleged domestic violence, sexual abuse, child cruelty and/or neglect.  Rachel has a reputation amongst her clients for her excellent memory, thorough preparation of the papers and a robust presentation of cases where agreement cannot be reached.  Her approach is friendly and down to earth, which is combined with equal measures of passion and common sense.
