Helene has been called "a role model for women at the English Bar", and is named as a Leading Junior in Commercial/Banking law, in both the Legal 500 and in Legal Experts. Her practice extends to all areas of commercial, property and private client litigation. Helene appeared in the House of Lords in the Etridge Mortgage Cases, and was a lead counsel in the long-running BCCI saga. Routinely involved in large scale group litigation and high value claims, she also acts in property and trust co-ownership disputes, as well as ancillary relief. She is a widely-published author of books and articles on mortgages, property, trusts, bankruptcy, and other areas of commercial and private client law. Helene is also a frequent speaker at seminars, including CLT, and is a member of the Chancery Bar Association and the Commercial Bar. |
