Michael specialises in all aspects of family law, including children (public and private law), matrimonial and cohabitant property disputes. His practice also includes civil litigation, predominantly personal injury claims. He is prepared to act on a conditional fee or by direct access in suitable cases. Michael has contributed to Family Law and lectured on a wide range of family and civil law subjects, most recently on Property Claims by Cohabitants and Human Rights Claims in Care Cases. He is a legal adviser at the Kent Law Clinic and Treasurer of the East Kent Lawyers' Christian Fellowship. He is a member of the Family Law Bar Association and the Personal Injury Bar Association.
