Martha practises in the field of employment law, representing both employers and employees. She also undertakes family law work, particularly public and private law children matters.

Martha is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and the Family Law Bar Association. She is an experienced mediator and a legal adviser at the Kent Law Clinic.
