Sandra Hendry retires PDF E-mail

Sandra Hendry has retired as a Member of Chambers with effect from the end of November 2011 after 26 years at the bar. She joined Chambers in 2004 after practising at 2 Dr Johnson's Buildings. She will be sorely missed by everyone in Chambers and by all those who instructed her. Chambers wishes her a long and fulfilling retirement.

After deliberating for six months the Supreme Court has finally given judgment in the case of Jones v Kernott. the case is essential reading for all practitioners instructed in TLATA 1996 cases. the full judgment can be found here.
